Cvwizard Charged Me Without Consent - Debit Card Refund Requested

I am writing regarding an unexpected debit card charge of R299.00 made by Cvwizard on 04 December 2025 without any prior notice or clear consent on my side. I did not knowingly approve a recurring or additional payment, and seeing this amount taken from my Tymbank debit card has caused me serious concern about how my payment details are being used. I have not yet been able to reach your customer service about this matter, but I would like this issue to be investigated and explained, as I do not consider this charge authorized. I kindly request a full refund of the R299.00 that was taken from my Tymbank debit card and the cancellation of any active or hidden subscription linked to my details, if there is one. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
