Cvwizard Unexpected Charge - Refund Request

On 27 February, I was unexpectedly charged R299.99 by Cvwizard in South Africa, even though I believed I was using a free service and did not knowingly start any paid subscription. I was not aware that a recurring or paid subscription would be activated, and this charge came as a surprise. I have not yet contacted Cvwizard customer support about this issue. Through this complaint, I kindly request a full refund of the R299.99 that was deducted and the immediate cancellation of any active or future subscription linked to my account, as well as written confirmation once this has been done.
