Cvwizard Debit I Didn’t Approve — Refund Request

I recently discovered an unauthorized debit of R299 taken from my Capitec account on 2 March by Cvwizard in connection with a CV template. I did not knowingly authorize this specific charge and was not aware that such an amount would be debited. I confirm that I previously created an account on Cvwizard and used the service, but I did not intend to enter into any paid subscription or to approve this R299 payment. After noticing the debit, I contacted both Cvwizard and my bank regarding this issue. I am requesting a full refund of the R299 that was taken without my clear consent and the cancellation of any active subscription or recurring payments linked to my account, with written confirmation that no further amounts will be debited from my Capitec account.
