Cvwizard Charges R299 After Subscription Was Cancelled

On 19 January, I was unexpectedly charged R299 by Cvwizard for a subscription renewal, even though I had previously cancelled my subscription. My Cvwizard account is under the name Lorraine Mkhabela with the email address lorrainemkhabel***@gmail.com. Before this payment, I contacted Cvwizard and was informed that my subscription had been cancelled. Despite this confirmation, the amount of R299 was still debited from my account as a renewal, which I did not authorize or expect after cancellation. I kindly request a full refund of the R299 that was charged on 19 January and confirmation that my subscription is permanently cancelled so that no further deductions are made from my account.
