CVwizard Unauthorized Subscription Charge on Absa Account

2

I am an Absa customer from South Africa and I am currently in the USA. Today I noticed a deduction of 299 from my account with the description “oversees purchase” which I have now realized is related to a subscription fee from Cvwizard. I do not remember knowingly registering for a paid subscription with Cvwizard or authorizing a recurring charge of this kind. This 299 deduction is the first time such a transaction has appeared on my account. I am very concerned about this unexpected charge and I feel it was taken without my clear and informed consent. I kindly request that the subscription linked to my details be cancelled immediately, that my account be closed to any further charges, and that the full 299 amount deducted today be refunded to me. I also ask Cvwizard to confirm in writing that no further payments will be taken from my card or bank account.
