CVwizard Unauthorized Charge On Mpesa Global Visa Without Consent

I recently discovered that Cvwizard deducted $9.99 from my Mpesa Global Visa card on 04/12/2025 without my consent. I was only using the CV creation service and was not aware of having an active paid subscription, nor did I knowingly approve any recurring payment. The payment was charged to the account linked to the email address abrahamd***gy0**@gmail.com. After noticing this unauthorized deduction, I contacted Cvwizard customer support, but so far I have not received any response or clarification. This lack of feedback is very worrying, as it concerns my financial information and trust in the platform. I kindly request a full refund of the $9.99 that was deducted without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any existing subscription or recurring payment associated with my account. I also expect written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
