cvhazirlama.cool Unauthorized Payment Refund Problem

Since January, even though I used the “iyzico CV preparation” service only once and canceled my membership, unauthorized payments have been withdrawn from my card every month through Iyzico. I even canceled my old card and requested a new one for this reason; however, $2 continued to be charged from my new card as well. My previous card was charged $59–$71 per month for several months. I have all the receipts for these transactions.

I have been unable to reach Iyzico customer service in any way, and I cannot stop the ongoing issue. When purchasing the service or canceling it, no contract, agreement, or informational notice was provided to me. I live in Istanbul, and I want this problem to finally end.

I request that all unauthorized charges be refunded to me and that my membership be completely deleted.
