I made a CV on the website Cvhazirlama.cool on January 7 and paid ₺18 for it, but I didn't save my card information. But ₺749 was taken out of my bank card on January 21 at 17:14 and again on February 20 at 17:14. I didn't know this until March 22, when I got a text message saying there weren't enough funds for an Iyzico/cvhazirlama.co exchange. It turned out that my credit card number was saved without my knowledge, and charges were made without my permission while my membership was being renewed. I called my bank and cancelled the card. Tomorrow, I will make an official dispute. I'm hoping that either Iyzico or the Cvhazirlama.cool page can help me fix this problem. I paid ₺18 for a single service at first, but it is against the law to store my card information and make repeated transfers without my knowledge or permission.
