iyzico Charged ₺749 Without My Consent for One-Time CV Service

I made a one-time CV on the iyzico/cvhazirlama page on October 18, 2024. But on November 1, 2024, I found that iyzico/cvhazirlama.com had taken ₺749 out of my account without telling me or getting my permission first. This charge did not come from me, and I want a full return as soon as possible. I also want the membership to be canceled right away if it was enabled in any way. This unexpected charge has been very upsetting, and I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible to fix the problem and make sure that no more unauthorized withdrawals happen.
