cvhazirlama.coo Charged Me Twice Without Consent After a One-Time CV Purchase
On 02/05/2025, I paid $1 through Iyzico on the website cvhazirlama.coo to create a one-time CV. I did not start any membership or subscription, and I never logged into the site again. Despite this, without my permission or approval, two unauthorized withdrawals of $18 each were made from my QNB Finansbank card on 02/06/2025 and 02/07/2025. I did not receive any SMS, email, or notification regarding these transactions either.
I only recently noticed these payments, and I have not yet contacted my bank or the company’s customer service. Since this was a one-time service, I request that these two unauthorized charges be refunded to me immediately. If the refund is not issued, I want to state that I will pursue legal action and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
