iyzico Withdrew Money Without My Permission for CV Preparation and Won’t Refund

On 24.02.2025, ₺749.00 was withdrawn from my account without my permission under the name iyzico CV preparation. I want my money refunded as I never authorized this transaction, nor did I receive any approval message from my bank for the payment. This is a clear unauthorized transaction, and I demand a swift resolution. How did you copy my card information and withdraw money? I did not subscribe to any service or approve the storage of any information. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the issue to the necessary authorities. How can this even happen?
