Coursiv Continued Billing After Course Has Been Fully Paid

Coursiv keeps billing me even though the course was fully paid. I will submit a formal complaint and report them for hidden charges and for making cancellation unnecessarily difficult. To my disappointment, this issue seems to be happening much more often than I first assumed. I request that all unauthorized charges stop immediately and that my account be corrected without delay.
