Unable to Submit Complaint via Corendon Contact Form – No Customer Support

I have been trying to submit a complaint through Corendon’s customer contact form, but it keeps redirecting me to frequently asked questions instead of allowing me to write my complaint. Despite selecting "New Complaint," I cannot proceed. Attempting to contact Corendon via email also proved futile, as there seems to be no response or proper support channel.

Adding to the frustration, even though I entered my PNR code correctly, the system keeps stating it is invalid. It feels impossible to resolve issues when there is no one to reach out to or proper customer support in place.

Corendon, please address these issues and provide a straightforward way for customers to submit complaints and receive timely assistance.
