Corendon Airlines Delayed Refund for Canceled Flight, No Customer Support Response

I purchased a ticket from Corendon Airlines for a flight from Antalya to Düsseldorf scheduled for January 16, 2024. Due to a route change, I decided to cancel and received an email confirmation on December 25, 2023, stating that my refund would be processed. However, I am still waiting for my refund, and no one is responding to my emails. When I call customer service, there isn’t even a dedicated department to handle refunds, and I’m repeatedly directed back to the main menu. I am extremely frustrated and demand an immediate resolution for this delay. I need my refund processed promptly and clear instructions on who to contact for assistance.
