Corendon Approved My €750 Compensation for Flight XC3544 Delay but Has Not Paid
On July 17, 2025, at 18:30, my Corendon Airlines flight XC3544 departing from Vienna International Airport (VIE) was delayed by approximately seven hours. During the delay, only light refreshments were provided at the airport, and we were verbally informed that the cause was technical issues. I had purchased my tickets with a credit card for a total of €494.44, traveling as two adults and one infant. I submitted a claim through Corendon Case Management under case number CAI-2025-2025-50340108485, and it was confirmed that I am entitled to €250 compensation per passenger. Although my compensation request was approved, the €750 payment has still not been transferred to my account. My reservation was issued under the name Abdulkani Ö*. I am demanding that Corendon process the approved compensation without further delay and deposit the full €750 into my account immediately, as withholding an acknowledged claim is unacceptable.
