Corendon Airlines initially accepted my compensation claim and confirmed I was entitled to €400. However, after months of waiting without receiving payment, I decided to escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, hoping it would expedite the process. Instead, Corendon took a different approach, stalling until my claim exceeded the 2-year statute of limitations. As a result, my claim was dismissed.

This behavior is highly unethical and unprofessional. Corendon’s promises and delays seem designed to avoid accountability. I won’t stop pursuing this matter and will share all correspondence publicly for transparency. I urge everyone reading this to be cautious with Corendon Airlines. Their treatment of passengers shows a complete lack of integrity and respect.
