Corendon Airlines Charged My Card in A Different Currency

I purchased my Alanya–Copenhagen flight reservation with PNR number JFA3A5 via Corendon on 16 May. During the purchase stage, the total amount was clearly shown to me in euros (EUR). However, after the payment was completed, I noticed that the amount was actually charged to my card in Danish krone (DKK), even though I was not informed of this change at any stage, nor did I give any explicit approval for a different currency. Changing the currency from euro, as displayed on the screen during the purchase, to DKK at the time of payment without my clear consent is both misleading and has caused me financial loss. When I contacted my bank, I was informed that, due to this situation, I suffered exchange rate loss twice and that I could contact the company to request cancellation and refund. Following this, when I spoke with Corendon customer service, I was told that my ticket could not be cancelled despite the exchange rate issue and the financial loss I experienced, and the manner and tone used during the call were extremely rude. Having chosen this company for the first time and encountering both a non-transparent process regarding the currency and such a negative customer service experience has completely shaken my trust. Due to the fact that the amount shown in euros was charged in DKK without my knowledge, I request that my exchange rate loss be compensated, that my ticket with PNR JFA3A5 purchased on 16 May be fully cancelled without any penalty or deduction, and that the full amount be refunded to me.
