My Converse Run Star Motion Shoes Tore Within 3 Months
I got myself a pair of Converse Run Star Motion shoes, and guess what? The fabric ripped in just three months. When I brought them to the store to get them fixed or replaced, they said that the problem wasn't caused by a defect in the fabric or material and couldn't be repaired. But the tear is definitely in a spot where it won't hit anything. I'm really annoyed with this situation because I thought Converse, being a well-known brand, would have better quality. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the shoes and their customer service. I'm currently dealing with a messed up pair of shoes and I have no idea how to fix them.

In June, I bought a pair of Converse Run Star Motion Canvas shoes for my child from the Sneaks Up store in Metropol Istanbul mall. Within 2 months, a tear appeared on the upper right front part of the shoe. I immediately took the shoes to the store for an exchange, but after inspection, they were returned without any process or reason specified. I sent them back again and have not yet received a result, but the store verbally informed me that there would be no exchange or refund. Is the reason for a 12-year-old child's shoes tearing or deforming within 2 months the child or the defect in the product? I request the shoes to be replaced.

Eren company called regarding my complaint and said that since you bought the Converse brand shoes from the Sneaks Up store, it is not their concern and to call them instead. However, Eren Holding is the owner of the brand and they are not taking responsibility just because they are different stores. Additionally, Sneaks Up store is also not taking responsibility for the shoes that got deformed and torn within 2 months. Please arrange for the shoes to be exchanged.
