My Converse Star Player 76 Sneakers Deformed After Minimal Use

I purchased Converse Star Player 76 Fall Unisex Black Leather Sneaker from Converse online store on 08.06.2024 with the order number 2626588928112494. I used it 5-10 times at most, but as seen in the picture, the sole part was deformed. I have used quality brands such as Adidas for years before, but I did not encounter such a situation. I explained the situation to the official site of the company, but I did not get an answer. A relative of mine wanted to buy the same product from me, but I prevented him. I no longer find this brand reliable. They neither call nor ask. I will never buy a product from them again. They do not stand behind the products they sell. If any of my relatives want to buy it, I will discourage them as well.
