Converse Run Star Hike Disastrous Experience Resulting in 4 Fractures
On October 17, 2024, at 8:30 in the morning, I slipped and fell on a dry surface, which resulted in a spinal fracture and three fractures in my coccyx. Due to this incident, I had to wear a corset for several months and still have limited mobility. The shoe that caused my fall was the Converse Run Star Hike model, which I returned to the Vadi Istanbul SuperStep store due to its slipping and wear issues. The product was taken for review, but two weeks later, my request was rejected, citing "user error."
This incident caused significant harm to my health, and the design and material of this shoe are risky enough to endanger people’s lives. I have stopped using this shoe and request a thorough investigation into this serious issue with the product. If necessary, I will pursue my legal rights to ensure this matter is resolved appropriately.
