Converse Rejected My Warranty Claim Despite Heel Defect

On June 23, 2026, I purchased a pair of Converse shoes (Model A15490C.001.5,5) from the Converse store located in Serdivan Shopping Mall in Sakarya. From the very first day I began wearing the shoes, I noticed a persistent air popping/squeaking noise coming from the left heel with every step I took. This noise significantly affects my walking comfort and makes the shoes unpleasant to wear during normal daily use.

To report the problem, I submitted the shoes for inspection. Following the evaluation, I received inspection report SUP913460, stating that no quality defect had been found and that the condition was allegedly caused by external factors. Although I was informed that I could collect the shoes, I have not done so because I do not accept either the conclusion or the reasoning provided in the inspection report.

The shoes were used only for a short period under normal everyday conditions. I do not believe that a continuous air popping noise from the left heel can reasonably be attributed to user error. In my opinion, this issue is the result of a manufacturing or quality defect rather than misuse.

I respectfully request that the shoes undergo a new, impartial, and thorough inspection and that, if the defect is confirmed, they be replaced with a new pair of the same model as soon as possible. I also ask that my complaint be reviewed objectively and that this matter be resolved fairly and promptly.
