Converse Chuck 70 Torn After Only 10–15 Wears

On April 23, 2026, I purchased a pair of Converse Chuck 70 shoes, size 43, from the Converse store located in Forum Diyarbakır Shopping Mall. In less than three months, and after wearing the shoes only 10 to 15 times, the inner side of the right shoe developed tears. In addition, noticeable discoloration appeared on the inside of both shoes. I first noticed these problems approximately two months after purchasing the product.
I purchased the shoes while I was in Diyarbakır for work, but I currently reside in Konya. Before submitting a warranty claim, I reviewed complaints from other customers regarding the same brand and found that many reported similar issues. I also noticed that many warranty inspections reportedly concluded that such problems were caused by user error. Because of these experiences shared by other consumers, I was discouraged from initiating the standard inspection process.
Considering the very limited amount of use and the short period of time before these defects appeared, I believe the tearing and discoloration are the result of a manufacturing or product quality defect, not normal wear or misuse.
I respectfully request that my Converse Chuck 70 shoes be inspected and that, if the defects are confirmed, they be replaced with a new pair. I also ask that my complaint be handled with customer satisfaction in mind and that this matter be resolved fairly and promptly.
