Condor Airlines Staff Treated Me Unfairly at Toronto Airport

I live in Toronto and was traveling to Germany, something I have done before without any issues. However, on September 4, 2024, at Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) during check-in for my flight to Frankfurt, I experienced blatant discrimination from a Condor Airlines staff member.
The check-in agent at the last counter was extremely rude and unprofessional—completely unfit to represent the airline. She refused to let me board with my 9kg carry-on, stating that it was not allowed. When I asked why, she harshly insisted I pay $225 for baggage. I mentioned that I had never encountered this rule before, yet she rudely snapped that I could only board with my wallet.
I calmly asked her to speak to me with respect, to which she coldly replied, "I am already calm." Her attitude made me feel targeted and deeply hurt. In the end, I paid the $225 fee at a different counter, but the issue was never about the money—it was about the lack of professionalism and respect.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, and Condor Airlines must address this misconduct. No traveler should have to experience discrimination at the airport. Has anyone else faced this kind of treatment? I demand a response from Condor regarding this issue!
