Brand New Columbia Shoes Wore Out Quickly – Denied Exchange or Refund

I used my Columbia shoes for casual city wear, yet both pairs developed issues. The outer sides near the ball of the foot began to split, and the inner heel areas showed significant wear. I sent the shoes for inspection, expecting a replacement or refund, but my request was denied.

I purchased these shoes trusting Columbia’s reputation for quality, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. The durability of the product does not justify the premium price, and the lack of resolution from customer service has left me frustrated.

I will not recommend Columbia to anyone and urge the brand to address this issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund. Customers deserve better quality and service.
