Columbia Running Shoes Denied Warranty Claim After Defect

12

Approximately five months ago, I purchased a pair of running shoes from a Columbia store. Unfortunately, the shoes developed internal deformations, prompting me to file a warranty claim. After waiting 15 days, my claim was rejected with the explanation of "user error." This response is both frustrating and disappointing, as many other brands offer exchanges in such cases for customer satisfaction.

Columbia's reputation for quality and reliability seems to be nothing more than a name. I feel completely let down by their lack of support and disregard for customer experience. I will never purchase Columbia products again and will avoid their stores entirely to avoid repeating this negative experience. I urge Columbia to take responsibility and address such issues.
