Despite being three times more expensive than its competitors on the market, the device has not been actively used. The deformations that recur in the same regions are plainly symptomatic of a product or manufacturing problem. A complaint was submitted via the government's online site. What I'd like to underline here is that corporations should respond to complaints about such premium brands in a realistic, honest, and meaningful manner. Even if the company's representative returned the items after months of back and forth and refunded the customer, they would still profit from the country's 70-80% inflation rate.
