Yesterday, I purchased a two-pack of Colgate toothbrushes from the Bizim Market location in Bayraklı for my spouse and me to use. They turned out to be the hardest toothbrushes I have ever encountered. Even on the first use, the bristles were so stiff that I experienced significant sensitivity—and worse, one of my dental fillings became loose and fell out.
I threw away the packaging, so I do not know the exact model, but it was sold as a two-pack. After this negative experience, I have no intention of purchasing this product again, and I truly do not understand how such an extremely hard toothbrush was released to the market.
I expect Colgate to investigate this product, consider a recall or improvements regarding its bristle firmness if necessary, and contact me regarding the inconvenience I have experienced.
