Colgate Extra Clean Toothbrush Too Hard, Causes Gum Bleeding

I purchased the Colgate Extra Clean 1+1 toothbrush from Şok Market. On my very first use today, the bristles were so hard that my gums started bleeding and I experienced sensitivity inside my mouth. I bought this product expecting something labeled “medium” or “soft,” but the actual experience was much harsher and more uncomfortable than anticipated.

To prevent other consumers from having similar issues, I request clarification regarding the product’s manufacturing standards and bristle firmness. I expect a clear and satisfactory explanation from Colgate as to why this toothbrush is so hard and what steps will be taken to address this issue.
