Clash Of Kings Froze My Account and Refused to Resolve the Issue
Hello, the problem I have encountered in Clash of Kings really disappointments me. First suspended, my account was later totally frozen without any obvious reason. Several times I called customer assistance, supplying all the required information including payment receipts, ID pictures, and card details for confirmation. Notwithstanding this, nothing has changed and I still cannot get into my account. Either the support team responds poorly or offers no clear answers to fix the problem. Years of creating my account and actively serving as King Hawk from Kingdom 359, Phoenix Alliance have gone towards Losing access to something I have put so much time and work into irritates me much. Should this not be quickly addressed, I will be forced to stop playing completely. Please take quick care of this.
