My Konami account was hacked, and I’ve been completely unable to reach support for help. Someone logged into my account, played matches, changed my squad, altered my in-game name, and took full control. I’ve invested time and real money into this game, and now I’m locked out of the account I worked so hard to build.
What’s worse is that there seems to be no proper customer support system in place. I’ve tried every method to get in touch with Konami—emails, support requests, everything—but I get no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch someone tamper with my account while I can’t even report it properly.
Is this really what I paid for? I trusted this platform and spent money expecting at least a basic level of security and support. Yet here I am—completely ignored and robbed of my access.
Konami, I’m urgently requesting you to restore my account and return full access to me. This needs to be taken seriously. Add real security measures and proper support for players. I want my account back—please solve this immediately.
