I Got Locked Out of My Clash Royale Account and Support Won’t Help Me Recover

I had a Clash Royale account linked only to my email address—no phone number or additional protection. Suddenly, I was logged out of the game for no reason and haven’t been able to log back in since. I’ve tried everything: re-entering my email, requesting a login code, reinstalling the game—nothing works. The login code never arrives in my inbox, and it's been over a week since I’ve had access to my account.

To make things worse, I’ve contacted Supercell Support multiple times, and each time the chat closes without any real help or follow-up. It feels like I’m being completely ignored. This is extremely frustrating, especially after investing time, effort, and possibly money into my account.

My account has no added recovery options like a phone number, which makes this even more urgent. I need Supercell to take this issue seriously, help me regain access to my account, and improve their support system so other players aren’t left in the dark like this.

Supercell, please investigate my account and restore access immediately. I expect better from a company trusted by millions of players.
