Unable to Use ClarityCheck Number Lookup Service Since September 11 and Requesting Free Access

Since 11 September, I have been trying to use the ClarityCheck number lookup service for the first time, but I have not been able to complete the process successfully. I did not make any payment during the attempt, and I also do not accept this service being charged. To date, I have not contacted customer service about the issue. My expectation from ClarityCheck is that this number lookup service should be provided free of charge and that I should be granted free access without any hidden fees or unauthorized charges.
