On October 28, 2025, even though I created an account on the Clarity Check platform only once, a $31 membership fee was charged to my credit card without my consent. I did not approve any membership or payment, and I received no notification about this charge. I created my account on my phone and used the platform only to look up someone’s phone number. At that time, a much smaller fee (around 100 TL) was shown—I definitely did not approve a charge this high.
On my credit card statement, the description appears as “Clarity Check” along with the details “ALIŞVERİŞ/SNFT 5262901508561876 pn 003642\clarıtyche0000 00.” I also have the payment slip. I logged into the platform only once and did not initiate any subscription afterward.
After noticing the unauthorized charge, I requested a cancellation of the membership, but I have not received any response, and I cannot reach customer service. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I request a refund of the unauthorized charge and the complete cancellation of any membership or subscription linked to my account.
