ClarityCheck Charged Money During Free Trial and Blocks Membership Cancellation

I signed up for a free trial on the ClarityCheck application, but money was still withdrawn from my account without my consent. I was not even able to use the membership properly, and now I want to cancel it. However, the site does not allow me to complete the membership cancellation process.
I also tried to contact support through messaging, but there is only English support available, and I cannot reach any Turkish-language assistance. This makes it even harder to resolve the issue.
I urgently request proper assistance to cancel my ClarityCheck subscription and to receive a refund for the unauthorized charge. I expect a prompt response and resolution, as misleading users with a free trial and then blocking cancellation is unacceptable and feels like a subscription scam by ClarityCheck.
