On 06.09.2025, I purchased a one-week subscription to the Clarıt Check app through Google Play. However, even though my subscription expired and the app shows no active membership, my card was charged twice—on 06.09.2025 and 30.09.2025—each time for $30. On my credit card statement, these charges appear as “Clarıt Check international.”
I did not make any additional subscription or renewal, and no active memberships appear in the app. I have not yet contacted Clarıt Check or Google Play customer service. I request a refund for both unauthorized charges, totaling $60. I kindly ask for this issue to be reviewed urgently and for my inconvenience to be resolved.
