To stop the charges and claim back what was wrongly billed:
• Log into your ClarityCheck account and check the Billing or Subscriptions section for any active plan; cancel it immediately to prevent future charges.
• Request written confirmation of both the cancellation and the refund for unauthorized charges.
• If they don’t reply within 3–5 business days, ask your bank or payment platform to initiate a chargeback for the disputed charges, attaching invoices and proof of your cancellation attempt.
• Keep records of everything, including screenshots of the cancellation process and any replies (or lack thereof) from support.
❗ If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
