I Was Charged ₺49.99 by Google Without My Permission on g.co/helppay/GB
On July 28, 2025, Google charged ₺49.99 to my credit card without my knowledge or approval. The charge appeared under the description “g.co/helppay/GB,” and I have absolutely no idea what this transaction was for or which app or service supposedly triggered it. I never subscribed to anything that costs this amount, and I certainly didn’t authorize any payment to be processed.
This is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. I expect Google to issue a full and immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺49.99. If this charge is not reversed promptly, I will not hesitate to initiate legal action to protect my consumer rights. I strongly urge Google to take this matter seriously and resolve it without further delay.
