Claritycheck Started a Paid Subscription Without My Consent

On May 31, 2026, I signed up for Claritycheck only to pay a small, one-time fee to test its phone number lookup service. Despite that, my account was automatically converted into a paid subscription without my knowledge or consent.

Today, I received a notification from my bank stating that a $30 payment to Claritycheck could not be processed because my card did not have sufficient funds. Although the transaction appears to be an automatic recurring payment, I cannot find any active subscription or recurring payment authorization in either my bank's app or my Google Play account.

I also cannot find any option within the Claritycheck dashboard to cancel or end the subscription. In addition, I have repeatedly tried to contact Claritycheck customer support but have been unable to reach anyone or receive any assistance.

I request the immediate cancellation of this paid subscription, which was activated without my knowledge or authorization, and that the attempted $30 charge to my card be permanently canceled so that no further payments are attempted.
