I Face Unauthorized ₺617 Charge From Claritycheck After Trial Cancellation Failed
On August 2, 2025, I signed up for the Claritycheck platform using my email address (o**********@gmail.com) and was charged ₺21 for a one-time trial. The very next day, I attempted to cancel my membership to prevent further charges. I sent multiple emails, but the system kept insisting that my email address was not registered. Despite this, my account was later billed ₺617 without my consent.
I reached out several times via live chat and email, but instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly stalled and given vague responses. Claritycheck even suggested that I might have signed up with a different email address and requested that I share my card details again. This is unacceptable because I know the email I used is correct, and I never authorized such charges.
This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺617, the cancellation of any subscription linked to my account, and the permanent deletion of my personal and payment details from their system.
If Claritycheck does not resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate the matter through legal channels and consumer protection authorities.
