I Face Unauthorized ₺600 Charge From Claritycheck App After One-Time Use

On August 8 at 20:00, I used the Claritycheck app for what was clearly advertised as a one-time service. I paid ₺30 for the transaction, which I considered reasonable. However, shortly after, I was shocked to discover that an unauthorized charge of ₺600 was also withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card without my knowledge or approval.

I never signed up for any subscription or membership plan. I only used the app once, then immediately deleted it and canceled any potential subscription link. Despite this, the company still withdrew money from my account. I even have the bank receipt as proof of this unauthorized payment.

This kind of hidden charging practice is misleading and unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of the ₺600 that was taken from my account without my consent. The company must also ensure that no further charges are made to my card.

I expect Claritycheck to take full responsibility and resolve this issue without delay. If not, I will escalate the matter to my bank through a chargeback request and report it to consumer protection authorities.
