Citroen Service Staff Lied To Me

I had an accident with my vehicle on February 5th. On April 6th, I took our vehicle back with an incomplete repair. I first sent my vehicle to Citroen Mersa and since there was no guard there, my vehicle remained on the tow truck. Unfortunately, I sent my vehicle to Citroen Mepa. Every meeting I had with Citroen Türkiye during this period was more disappointing. According to Mepa and Citroen Turkey, when a vehicle arrives in an accident, it is ordered separately as a mechanic and body, so first the axle is ordered, it waits for 1 month, then the headlight is ordered and the headlight comes for 1 month. They don't order both at the same time (the garage is two floors and a separate unit). Both Citroen Türkiye and Mrs. Ayşin said yes, this is the process for us. I said sorry to Citroen users and left the subject. When I went to pick up my vehicle today when I got my key from my customer representative, Mr. Gökhan confirmed that they had tested my vehicle, and I took my vehicle. I set out with my vehicle and realized that there was a problem, I came back and they said that my vehicle's brake disc was faulty and needed to be changed. I wanted to talk to the service manager and they directed me. In the interview I had in his room, he admitted that there was a mishap in placing the orders and that he had made mistakes (part orders should be placed at the same time) and the brakes were ordered (brakes arrive in 2 weeks). I also called Mrs.Ayşin from Citroen Turkey, but I could not reach her, I connected with Mrs. Hande and told her what I went through again. As a company, I realized that Mrs. Ayşin and Mepa Citroen were lying to me because the procedure is the opposite of what the manager said. On the other hand, Mrs. Hande, aside from taking action on the subject, I told her that I wanted to defend Mrs.Ayşin as if she was defending the motherland and that I wanted to talk to someone other than her, and still, no one called. I'm selling my car, I won't even drive a Citroen again.
