Problems with Citroen C3 Maintenance




In 2022, my Citroen C3 got into a small accident when another car rear-ended me. I brought my car to the Citroen dealership in Denizli to get it fixed. But I'm really unhappy with the work they've done. I will be posting pictures soon to show the problems. I went to their service center three times, and every time, they tried to give me a badly painted, poorly cleaned, and badly repaired vehicle. When I went there again, I saw that they had made a lot of mistakes in their work. They used a brush for painting, the trunk didn't fit right, and they finally told me, "We can't fix it." The service manager, Mr. K***, said he couldn't fix the problems and gave weak solutions. This is a total mess. I've never seen such bad workmanship. What's even more annoying is that the dealership is the one to blame for this mediocre job. I spent 20 days at the dealership and now I want a proper solution to this problem. They should have been upfront from the start and told me they couldn't handle the job. I'm really confused and frustrated about the experience I had as a customer, and I really hope someone will listen to my complaints and do something about it.
