Citroen Customer Service is Unable to Meet Customer Expectations
I took my vehicle to Kayseri Inciroğlu Citroen's authorized service. There was noise coming from the lower gears. Maybe it's a simple thing, I showed it to a rod/balancer before, I'm in Nevşehir, the service is in Kayseri... I couldn't trust the rod/balancer, I went to Inciroğlu authorized service after that. They replaced the front shock absorbers of my car. They changed the Z rods. After spending 6500 liras, they said the steering box was broken. Of course, it was not done in one go, I went and ordered parts, I went many times, In a place like Kayseri, the heating of the waiting room does not work. I asked, it was the decision of the management. Finally, I complained to Citroen Turkish customer service. After 2 days they called and said there is nothing they can do...
