Citibank Account Frozen After Withdrawal – $5050 Transfer Issue Needs Resolution

15

I recently withdrew $5050 from my Citibank account outside of business hours, and my account was subsequently frozen. I was informed that to resolve this issue, I would need to deposit an additional $5050 into my account, which I find completely unreasonable.

It has now been two days, and I still cannot access my money. Despite my efforts, I am unable to get consistent help from customer service. This situation is causing me significant stress and inconvenience, as I urgently need access to my funds.

I request Citibank to resolve this matter immediately and transfer my funds without delay. Customers should not face such unnecessary obstacles when managing their own accounts. Prompt action is required.
