Unknown Funds Deposited in My Citibank Account

A deposit was made into my Citibank account, but I don’t recognize the bank, nor am I expecting any payment. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this issue with my local bank, but they have been unable to help. I am requesting that Citibank reach out immediately to clarify this situation and prevent any misunderstandings. If these funds are not claimed or returned within 10 days, I intend to donate the amount to a charity. Please act promptly to ensure that the rightful owner of this money is identified and that no complications arise.
