Citibank Business Credit Card Delayed for 50 Days with No Support

I applied for a Citibank business credit card, but it has been 50 days, and I still haven’t received it. The card was issued, but the delivery company Citibank uses is unresponsive, making it impossible to track my shipment. I’ve repeatedly asked for a tracking number, but they failed to provide one. Customer service is equally unhelpful, as I can’t reach anyone to address my concerns. The lack of communication and care for such a critical service is extremely frustrating. I urgently need my credit card and expect Citibank to resolve this issue immediately by either expediting the delivery or offering a clear solution. Please take action now to address this unacceptable delay!
