Barclays Won’t Transfer My Funds Without Extra Payment

Barclays Bank is refusing to transfer my money unless I pay an additional fee upfront. I’ve already requested that they simply deduct the fee from the amount being transferred, but they claim that’s “not possible.” As a result, my money is being held hostage with no resolution in sight.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I did nothing wrong, yet my own funds are being blocked unless I meet an unreasonable demand. I’ve contacted support, but I keep receiving the same robotic response with no actual solution.
Barclays, you are responsible for this delay and financial stress. I demand that you either process the transfer by deducting the fee from the balance or immediately release my money. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will be filing a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office.
