I Face Poor Service and Ethical Issues at Chit Chat Gaziantep Branch
I enrolled in a 3-month membership at Chit Chat English Gaziantep branch, and throughout this period I experienced serious problems. First, the classrooms had severe heating issues. Despite raising this concern multiple times, no action was taken, and students were forced to attend lessons in uncomfortably cold conditions.
Even more concerning were the issues with the instructors. One of the trainers displayed unethical behavior towards female students, which was reported several times. Shockingly, the institution remained completely indifferent to these complaints. This not only shows a lack of professionalism but also raises major concerns about safety and respect for students.
Frustrated by these issues, I decided to leave the course. However, my refund was delayed by two months, during which I was repeatedly ignored and given excuses.
Overall, Chit Chat English Gaziantep demonstrated neither corporate responsibility nor ethical standards. The education quality was far below expectations, and the management showed a careless, irresponsible attitude. I demand accountability, an official apology, and concrete measures to prevent such problems from recurring.
