Commewell Limited Charged My Chime Card Without Authorization

On March 3, 2026, a charge of $1.99 from “Commewell Limited” appeared on my Stride Bank/Chime card ending in 0712. I have never signed up for any service with your company, I have never knowingly used your services, and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. I contacted my bank about this issue, and they advised me to reach out to you first. I am concerned that my card information has been used without my consent, and I do not understand why my card was charged. I request that this $1.99 charge be removed and fully refunded, and that any current or future charges linked to my card be cancelled immediately. I also ask that you confirm that there are no active subscriptions or accounts in my name or using my card details, and that my card information is removed from your systems if it is stored there. I expect written confirmation that this unauthorized transaction has been reversed and that my card will not be charged by Commewell Limited again.
