How to Cancel an Unauthorized Hornet Subscription and Get a Refund
On January 24, 2026, I noticed that $4 was charged to my credit card for a monthly subscription to the Hornet app without my knowledge or consent. I did not intentionally start any paid subscription, and this transaction occurred entirely without my awareness.
I have not yet contacted either Hornet or my bank regarding this subscription. I request that the subscription be canceled immediately and that the $4 charged to my card be fully refunded to me.
Since this transaction was processed without my explicit authorization, I ask that my grievance be resolved by terminating the subscription and issuing a refund as soon as possible.
